Updated Avatar settings

You can now have a 200px X 200px avatar with a max size of 2Mb. I just updated mine and it seems to be working OK.
In reference to this thread:

Looks like I need to go about 165X180 to get it all to fit. Can you resize your avatar height to 180, with the same aspect ratio I will try it on mine real quick
