Heres some pictures of some suspension work we did on a bronco 2. The bronco is a project an 18 year old kid is taking on and we did some suspension work on it for him so his dad would know it was safe. We did some work on the rear to get the wheel base and the height close to where i wanted it. But i didnt take any pictures. It turned out to be around 106 long and a little high at 26in belly pan but he also wanted it tall (he's young yet). Here are some pictures of the front. We built a set of custom radius arms with jonny joints on them. They turned out around 11in longer than stock f150 radius arms. Remember it a bronco 2. We had to reinforce the frame by boxing it in where the arms mounted. Then we made a custom trac bar and mounted it to the axle and frame. Last we mounted some hoops for a set of 14in 2.0 fox coilovers. To mount the hoops we had to reinforce the frame where the hoop mounted. In doing that we also streathened the steering box where it mounts to the frame. I havent seen it done yet he's still working on it but heres what rock rash did.

I like it! Would you want to add a tube at the bottom, and have them meet like a Y? to make it stronger?

they are plenty strong and its a radius arm not a y link. similer to a factory ford only stronger

i know what your talking about look at aftermarket rad arm the look similar to mine james duff makes some as does cage single bar and they are plenty strong (that y i said do your homework fwp boy)and thats how i build shit plenty strong just ask any of my customers

ive also done duel tube arms had they on my last full size bronco
