Every year I showcase my hotel's catering department/restaurant to the public of Aurora at the stampede. it would be awesome to get some of my fellow zombies down there to give me some support. There is great food and drinks all over the whole time so pay the admission at the door and come stuff your face!

usually i do an appetizer with a small taste of one of my main entrees. this year im still deciding on what to do. last year was mini quesadillas and prime rib on bruchetta with some horsey sauce

MMMMMM.. Nomm.....Nommm....Nommm. I would partake but will be out of town. Hopefully with meat hanging from a tree in camp. We shall see.
