Sorry. I fell down the staris in the barn on Friday and F'ed myself up pretty good. I guess 110 year old stairs don't hold up forever. I ended up postholing my right leg into the stairs and then falling foreward the rest of the way down. Been on Vicc's over the weekend and therefore out of it. I popped my back as well as pulling every muscle known to man. I think I am back now but definitely not the 6 million dollar man.

Yep. I have been high since last Friday. Tracie has had to drive me arround. The bad part is then I have to go where she wants me to go. Which means I still had to work on our buildings in Englewood. I had to give it up and yesterday was my first Vicc free day. Previously I had been sleeping so well. I had a really hard time sleeping last night. Now I'm out of the stuff and my leg and back still hurt. At least I am not having any more muscle spasms like I had over the weekend. That totally sucked. This in time too shall pass.

Seriously Johnny if you need any pain meds I'm sure I have what ever you would want or need.

I'm good. But thanks for offering. All I need to do is see my primary care physician and get my scrip filled. I have some old ones saved up to fill in the gaps while I get it filled.

I'm just trying to dry out because it get's to the point where they don't work no matter the dose. About the only pain meds that work for me are Alieve and Vicc and in high doses. I don't know why. It just is what it is. I'll be ok. Sometimes, and I know you know, I just gotta buck up and live with the pain.......It is nice when I can take an interlude for a week or so and see how the rest of the relatively pain free world lives.
